Don't panic. I can help.
Think you've been hacked?
Stop what you're doing. Don't click anything else, don't call any number on your screen, and don't give anyone remote access to your computer. Call me instead.

Do these 3 things right now
Stop clicking. Stop typing.
If there's a popup on your screen, do not click any button on it — not even the X. If someone is on the phone telling you to do things on your computer, hang up. If someone has remote access right now, unplug your internet cable or turn off your Wi-Fi.

Tell me what happened in your own words. You don't need to know the technical name for anything. Just describe what you saw and what you did. I'll figure it out from there.
Write down what happened
While it's fresh: what did the popup say? What number did you call? Did you give anyone your password or bank info? Did you buy gift cards? This helps me figure out exactly what needs to be fixed and what accounts need to be secured.
Does this sound like what happened?
These are the most common situations I help people with. If yours sounds different, that's okay — call me anyway.
"A popup said my computer is infected and to call Microsoft"
This is a scam. Microsoft will never show you a popup with a phone number. Do not call the number. I can remove the popup and check your computer for any real problems.
"Someone called me claiming to be from my bank or Amazon"
If they asked you to install software, give remote access, or share passwords, your accounts may be at risk. I help you figure out what was exposed and lock everything down.
"I let someone take remote control of my computer"
This is one of the most common scams I see. They may have installed software to come back later, or stolen passwords stored in your browser. I clean everything out and help you change what needs changing.
"I clicked a link in a suspicious email"
Phishing emails are designed to look real. If you entered your password on a fake site or downloaded an attachment, I can check your computer for malware and help you secure the affected accounts.
"My computer is acting strange and I don't know why"
Programs opening on their own, browser going to weird sites, computer running slow out of nowhere. These can be signs of malware. I run a thorough check and clean up whatever I find.
"They told me to buy gift cards"
No real company asks for payment in gift cards. If you already bought them and shared the codes, that money is likely gone — but I can help make sure the scammers can't do any more damage to your computer or accounts.

Here's exactly what I do to fix this
You're going to go from worried to taken care of. Here's how.
You call. I listen.
Tell me what happened in your own words. No judgment, no tech jargon. I hear stories like yours every single week — you're not the first and you won't be the last. I'll ask a few questions to understand what I'm dealing with, and I'll tell you exactly what it's going to cost before I do anything.
You'll know the plan and the price before I touch anything.
I lock the scammers out.
First thing I do is change your passwords — email, bank, anything that might be compromised. If someone had remote access to your computer, I cut that off immediately. I don't start cleaning until I know nobody else is still getting in.
Your accounts are secured and the door is closed.
I scan and clean every device.
I run a thorough scan on your computer to find and remove any malware, remote access software, or anything else that shouldn't be there. If you have other devices — a tablet, a phone — I check those too. I don't just fix the one thing you noticed. I check everything.
Every device you own is clean and accounted for.
I lock everything down.
Once it's clean, I make sure it stays that way. I update your security settings, turn on protections that should have been on, and make sure your accounts have proper security. I go through everything methodically so nothing gets missed.
Your digital life is buttoned up and protected.
I show you how to spot this next time.
Before you leave, I walk you through what happened and why it worked. I show you the warning signs to look for so you can catch it yourself next time. No lectures — just a few practical things that actually help.
You leave knowing how to protect yourself going forward.
You're not the first person this has happened to. I help people in this exact situation every single week. Most people come in scared and leave feeling relieved — and a lot more confident about staying safe online. The scammers are professionals. Falling for it doesn't mean you did anything wrong.
